As a start up compnay, we came accross Spicy Broccoli when looking for a local team who could build our brand, logo and first website. Working as a service provider in rail, it was important to differentiate ourselves from other established consultancies in the rail business. I met with Michael and Sarah, and loved the energy these guys have - as well as the design office, the restored Porche, VW camper and dog ;). We had a connection. We decided to move forward with the branding and logo scope first. This is an involved process, lots of early ideas to review, discard or build from. It took time, but we got there and were really happy with the outcome. So next was the website. One thing to keep in mind if you are developing a website is you (as the client) need to provide all content, text, photos etc. This was a huge task. But Sarah and Ronak (and team) did the rest. You have to trust the process and advice - it doesn't look like a website in the early stages, but suddenly it all comes together. Spicy Broccoli made heaps of changes until it was perfect - and we are very happy with the finished product. Also, they stayed within budget. Couldn't recommend these guys anymore! Spicy are amazing at what they do, professional, and VERY creative. I come from an ecomm & marketing background. I have built several stores in the past (very basic), but this time I thought I would leave the creative/branding to the professionals so that I can spend more time on strategy (not to mention the aesthetics of having a professionally built store, and branding is much better than having an amateur looking store). Prior to working with Spicy, I was shopping around with similar agencies. I did my due diligence on each agency, did a bit of website and social stalking, had a conversation/consultation to see if the relationship was prospect. ANNNDDD everything just fell perfectly in place with Spicy! Highly recommend to anyone looking to start or brand (or even rebrand), but don't really have the technical skills in doing so.
