Whistler Pizza – Branding and Web Design

Whistler Pizza is a coastal Italian restaurant in Manly, known for bold flavours, laid-back hospitality, and a big personality (“Your slice of Italy by the Sydney seaside”).
We partnered with Whistler to deliver a complete brand system and a conversion-focused website—bringing the in-store vibe into every touchpoint, from logo and menu design to online ordering.
What we delivered:
Full branding + logo design
Printed & physical collateral (menu, coasters, cans, and more)
UX Design for a streamlined customer journey
Webflow website build
Square Online integration for fast, reliable online ordering

The Challenge
Whistler Pizza needed more than a website refresh—they needed a cohesive brand that could scale across both physical and digital experiences.
The goals were to:
-
Build a distinctive, ownable brand identity that feels Italian, coastal, energetic, and modern.
-
Roll that identity out consistently across real-world assets (menus, coasters, cans, in-store touchpoints).
-
Design and build a website that makes it effortless to browse the menu, reserve, and order online, with a smooth checkout handoff via Square.
Our Solutions
1) Branding (Full Identity System)
We created Whistler Pizza’s brand from the ground up—starting with strategy and personality, then translating it into a cohesive visual identity that feels confident, fun, and unmistakably “Whistler.”
Brand deliverables included:
-
Logo design + brand marks
-
Typography + colour system
-
Brand guidelines + usage rules
-
Visual language for photography, layout, and messaging
2) Brand Collateral (Menus, Coasters, Cans + More)
To ensure the brand lived beyond the screen, we extended the identity into tangible customer touchpoints—creating a consistent, recognisable experience in-store and on-the-go.
Collateral design included:
-
Menu design (layout, hierarchy, readability)
-
Coasters
-
Can / packaging artwork
-
Supporting print assets (and other venue-ready items as required)
3) UX Design (Menu-first, Conversion-first)
We designed the digital experience around real customer intent: “What’s good?” → “How do I order fast?” → “Can I book?”
UX highlights:
-
Clear information architecture for quick browsing
-
Scannable menu structure across key categories
-
Mobile-first flows built for speed, clarity, and action
4) Webflow Build + Square Online Integration
We developed the full site in Webflow for a fast, flexible, and easy-to-maintain build—then connected Square Online to power the ordering experience and checkout.
Build highlights:
-
Responsive Webflow implementation
-
CMS setup for easy updates (menu/content)
-
“Order Online” pathways integrated with Square ordering
